Thank you for shopping with Lupes Prints. Below is everything you need to know about how your order is processed and shipped.
Free Shipping: Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after your order confirmation email is received.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days, when available
International Shipping: 7 to 21 business days, when available
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available depending on the product and shipping destination shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address
Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Lupes Prints is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 3 days of delivery or expected delivery at lupesprints@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos if applicable.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
